2. Our Services
BalloonsRightNow.com offers pre-designed balloon arrangements for delivery within specific service areas. We provide same-day, next-day, and scheduled deliveries for a variety of celebrations and occasions.
3. Delivery Policy
Service Area
We currently deliver within a 20-mile radius of Boca Raton, FL, including Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boynton Beach, and Parkland. Service availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, though we’ll do our best to honor special instructions.

Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 1 PM (ET). Orders received after this time will be processed for the next available delivery day.

If no one is available to receive the delivery and balloons cannot be safely left, we will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, delivery will be rescheduled for an added cost (an additional delivery fee of $10).

Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or mailboxes.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payment is due in full at checkout. All prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes.
Pricing Guide
- Our balloons come in stand alone bundles or 3 sizes. Costs include materials, helium, and labor. Delivery fee is additional depending on same day ($15) or next day ($10).
- Final prices, including delivery fees and tax are confirmed during checkout.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable due to the time-sensitive nature of our service.
Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible to request a delivery date change. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
6. Balloon Safety & Care

Indoor use only is strongly recommended to preserve quality and safety.

Do not release balloons outdoors—they can harm wildlife and cause power outages.

Do not inhale helium—it poses serious health risks.

Keep balloons away from children under 8 years old. Choking and suffocation hazards exist. Adult supervision is advised.
7. Customer Responsibilities

8. Modifications to Services
Balloons Right Now LLC may update, modify, or discontinue services, delivery zones, or pricing at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting.
